Officer's Bio - J.R. Richardson, President
Native of Enlisted in the United States Air Force after high and served as a radiological technologist (X-ray tech) After an honorable discharge in 1987, John worked as an O.R. equipment technician while he pursued his childhood dream to become an electrical engineer.
Received his education from 21 years of service Biomedical service experience in Field Service and managing clinical engineering technicians and support staff. Managed and developed a national service center with a staff of eleven. Restructured and set quality standards for the service of customer owned critical care equipment. Implemented training programs, improved morale, and created camaraderie, while gaining respect from the workers and administration for honesty, passion, and work ethic. Responsible for organizing maintenance plans, improving equipment repair time, office planning, Inventory management, Technical Support, Quality Audits and inspections John is the 2007 Florida Biomedical Society President and principal business owner of the Bay Area Association of Medical Instrumentation a local chapter of the Florida Biomedical Society.
