Sponsorship Opportunities

We invite Manufacturers and Vendors to sponsor our monthly meetings, where attendees can learn about new medical technologies, services and training.

Corporate Sponsors

The Bay Area Association of Medical Instrumentation (BAAMI) constantly requests corporate sponsorship from businesses that are interested in supporting the growth and development of Biomedical Engineering in the Tampa Bay area, or on a State level.

We have different Sponsorship Levels:

1) BAAMI Membership Drive Sponsorship (Once a year)
For a donation of $250.00 (Membership Drive) sponsors will receive:

• Your link/logo on our BAAMI website
• Promotion during our membership Drive month

2) BAAMI Meeting Sponsorship
For a donation of $500.00 (Meeting Sponsorship) local sponsors will receive:

• A one hour presentation relative to the biomedical profession at a monthly meeting or event.
• One year membership into the Bay Area Association of Medical Instrumentation (BAAMI)
• Leads on related business within the membership
• Your link/logo on our BAAMI website announcing your presentation
• (Dinner will be purchased with a portion of the 500.00 sponsorship donation on your company’s behalf)

2) BAAMI Corporate sponsorship
For a donation of $600.00 corporate sponsors will receive:

• Link on the BAAMI Webpage. www.baami.org
• Membership into the Bay Area Association of Medical Instrumentation (BAAMI)
• Invitations to all BAAMI meetings and outings
• Leads on related business within the membership
• Updated membership listing upon request
• Advertisement opportunity on BAAMI promotions page during your presentation month.
• A one hour presentation relative to the biomedical profession at a monthly meeting or event.
